Ardees

This species of tree produced a heavy seed that could be dried and roasted into a hard bean. This bean could then ground into a powder and infused with hot water. When filtered, the resulting beverage could be brewed with other ingredients to create the original version of Jawa Juice. Beans that were mixed with water and allowed to ferment and age produced an alcoholic version of Jawa Juice that was sometimes referred to as ardees.
