This cooking implement was used to whip liquid ingredients into each other, to homogenize a blend or to emulsify disparate ingredients. The antigrav whisk employed a tiny repulsor that helped prevent the mixture from falling under its own weight, eliminating gravity in the immediate area and allowing a chef to build up the body of the mixture.
